    The BUZZER Community Safety App is available for two members of each household that have paid a voluntary membership fee. This app can be downloaded for iOS and Android and . The fee for additional household members is R240 per person per year. Signup Here.

    NOTE: The Western Cape Provincial Constitution and Code of Conduct for Neighbourhood Watch Structures prohibits mandatory membership fees.  Because of running costs, e.g. purchase of cameras, upkeep of cameras, monitoring, Buzzer App fees we appreciate your contribution to NHW.  We are aware that some residents do not have the funds to contribute to DASCRO NHW; if this is the case, please make contact with us directly via our contact form.
